I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but while watching the Blu-ray of Heat on my PC using PowerDVD, I noticed that around 39 minutes in, the audio just seems to go flat for some reason. Like possibly it’s a problem with the master that the movie was made from.
I got out my old DVD from the 1990s and listened to it, and for some reason for a few minutes (specifically the scene in Neil’s house), the same problem sounds like it’s there, just not as noticeable. And it doesn’t seem…
